The breakfast was varied and tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful. The central location was particularly advantageous. The room was very attractive and quiet.
At the beginning, the allocation of the rooms turned out to be a little tedious, as I had complained about the first and second room. After that everything was great.

The location is good, being just a 5-10 minute walk to Old Market / Pub street. The rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby is also nice with free use of 2 computers with internet access. The buffet breakfast was also okay, given the price, and the waiters were very friendly and polite.

Clean, new and comfortable and positioned just across the bridge over the Siem Reap River which leads to the Old Market -- the town's centre for shopping and restaurants.
No complaints. A perfect budget/luxury hotel with traditional Khmer politeness.

The location is perfect for walking to Pub Street in the evening. To the temples you need a rickshaw or tuktuk anyway. We can recommend the tour offered by the hotel incl. guide! The massages are also very good.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and the amenities provided were excellent. The complimentary wired Internet access allowed me to stay connected and the 24-hour business center was convenient for my work needs. The limo/town car service was also a great perk for getting around the city.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facilities. It would have been helpful to have a space specifically designed for business meetings and presentations.

Very good location (walking distance to Old Market / Pub Street area); free wi-fi in the room; rooms are all non-smoking; small but nice swimming pool.
We've requested a room with a double bed, but they had only twin rooms available.
